Corporate Finance Managers, M&A (Hong Kong, China, Singapore office)

The ideal applicants should have a minimum of five years relevant Corporate Finance experience or experience with Venture Capitalists. In addition to proven experience and records, a good working knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code would be an advantage.

An excellent educational background, preferably in finance related degree or MBA.
